Seli is a popular ski resort in Greece situated on the Verma Mountain not far from the Macedonian border. The city is situated 12 kilometres away from Veria and 95 kilometres away from Thessaloniki.

There are trails for the professional skiers b short trails for the beginners. In Seli, the tourists can go cross-skiing, snowboarding, sledding and snowshoeing. They can rent all the necessary equipment in a rental store. Those who want largely to ski, should go here in the period from December to March.

If it is the excursion tourism you are after, you can go on a trip around Seli. The first capital of Macedonia, the city of Veria is 12 kilometres away from the resort. In Veria, the tourists will see the ruins of the ancient city wall, old churches and tombs of the Macedonian kings. You can also visit Veria Historical Museum.

In summer, the tourists can go hiking and enjoy the beauty of the local landscape.
