Trencianske Teplice is a balneological resort in the west of Slovakia. It is situated in a picturesque valley of the Strazov Mountains. The city is 134 kilometres away from Bratislava.

Trencianske Teplice is the main destination for the wellness and active tourism. Thermal waters contain sulphides and have +36 - +40°C temperature throughout the year. The water is beneficial for those who suffers bone and muscle conditions, rheumatic conditions, gynaecological diseases, psoriasis. The most popular spa is Spa Trencianske Teplice. There are jacuzzi tubs, thermal baths and hamam. The tourists can have hydrotherapy, turf applications and packs, underwater massage or Kneipp therapy.
